What's your delivery time?
Typically, we can complete prototypes within 12 working days. For orders of 100 pieces, we aim to deliver them within 15 days. If you require 1000 pieces, the estimated delivery time is 20 days. Please note that these timeframes are general guidelines, and we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of quality in every product we deliver.
Will my design be kept safe once you receive it?
Absolutely, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of your drawings. We are more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving your drawing, ensuring the utmost protection of your intellectual property. You can trust that your drawings will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and kept secure throughout our collaboration.
Can you produce machining parts based on our samples?
Certainly, we have the capability to create measurements based on your samples and generate drawings for the production of machining parts. Our team will carefully analyze and assess your samples to ensure accurate replication and precise manufacturing of the desired parts.
What will you do if we receive parts of poor quality?
In the rare event that you receive parts of poor quality, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please provide us with detailed pictures or evidence showcasing the quality issues. Our experienced engineers will promptly analyze the problem and work towards finding a suitable solution. If necessary, we will remake the parts for you as soon as possible to ensure your satisfaction. We are committed to resolving any quality concerns promptly and ensuring that you receive the high-quality parts you expect from us.
How to get a quote?
Please provide us with your contact information so that we can send you the requested 3D drawing files. Additionally, kindly specify the desired material, surface treatment requirements, and the quantity you require. Once we have this information, we will promptly prepare a quotation for you within 24 hours.

How do you ensure quality control?
We have a comprehensive quality control process in place to ensure the highest standards. Here are the key steps we follow:
- Material inspection: We carefully inspect the material surface and conduct preliminary dimension checks to ensure its quality meets our standards.
- Production first inspection: During mass production, we conduct inspections to ensure critical dimensions and specifications are met, maintaining consistency and accuracy.

What are the terms of payments?
If the order amount exceeds $2,000, you will need to make a 50% down payment with the order, and the balance must be paid before shipping. For orders below $2,000, full payment is required before shipping.
Do you offer OEM services?
